Fully qualified engineers  with expert knowledge across most models (Nidek/Essilor)

Please state your preferred days of the week where our engineers can access and have sufficient time to complete the service (allow 2-3 hours)  in the notes section at checkout. This will allow us to confirm engineer availability in your area.

If your machine has a fault and is not operating properly, further trouble-shooting may be required in addition to a service so please send us a video of the issue prior to booking. This can be emailed to us or sent via WhatApp.
